The Countess Arms is currently run by our
restaurant manager John Duncan and head chef Patrick Champion both of whom
have formidable reputations in the industry.
You will be welcomed and served by agreeable
and attentive staff. The food has had to pass beneath the eagle eye of
Richard Bradford whose skills as a chef and restaurateur are well known.
We've been around long enough to know what
